Tyson Crookmind – “Trapped In”

It’s popular for rappers to talk bout the street life and their day-to-day, but rarely do the masses hear about the things that go on behind bars or the consequences of life in the trap.

In the visual for “Trapped In” from his debut project Free the Real, Crookmind reflects on the years he spent incarcerated. The Los Angeles native raps about friends who turned foe, a girlfriend who left him behind and dealing with the the death of his father while serving time in prison.

Free the Real is due out next month.
